  Absolutely disappointed with Trail Rider Pizza. Called in an order and was told it would be 45 minutes. After half an hour I called to ensure order was ready and was told it had not even been started and that it would be ready in 20 minutes; I received a call approximately 15 minutes later saying that it would be another hour and a half before it would be ready. The customer service representative on the phone, Joe, seemed completely unconcerned about losing his company an order and was unprofessional to say the least. I do not recommend this establishment for their cavalier attitude and excessive wait times for pick up orders (2.75 hours)

  If you are looking to for a tasty pizza, do yourself a huge favor and check this place out. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly and helpful employee who answered a couple questions and then promptly prepared my food which was absolutely fantastic. This was by far one of the best pizza places I've ever had the pleasure of trying and I'll be sure to stop again when I come through town.
